Seven years ago after nearly 25 years of alcoholism/drug addiction I finally reached out for help to the medical community. After a series of tests both physical and psychological I was diagnosed with a brain disorder (bi polarism) and immediately began treatment. Finallly, after 7 years I seem to have gotten hold of myself and learned how to control my disease (a wonderfully liberating feeling). However my wife thinks I have been lying to her for 7 years, was never sick, and pretended to be only to get preferential treatment.
Is there anyone out there with some experience in this area and, if so, please give me some feedback.

Genuine tragedies in the world are not conflicts between right and wrong. They are conflicts between two rights.
